本人／我们确认上述研发项目符合现金回赠计划的适用范围，并确定该项目不涉及下列工作或活动范畴：

I/We confirm that the scope of the above R&D project is within the ambit of R&D Cash Rebate Scheme and that the project does not fall into the following types of work or activities: -

(a)   没有科研成份的产品改良／度身订制和相关工作，普通的业务营运及商业活动，例如产品设计和一般系统自动化；以及

(a)   product enhancement / customization and related work, conventional operation and business activities without scientific research content, such as product design and general system automation; and

(b)   科技领域以外的研究项目，例如市场研究及管理研究。

 (b) research projects outside the science and technology fields such as market research and management studies.

本人／我们夹附由负责上述研发项目的指定本地公营科研机构完成的中期项目报告。本人／我们同意并接纳该报告的内容。

I/We enclose the Interim Project Report completed by the designated local public research institution undertaking the project. I/We have agreed and accepted the contents of the Report. 

最后回赠申请 Application for final cash rebate:-

本人／我们夹附由负责上述研发项目的指定本地公营科研机构完成的最后项目报告。本人／我们同意该报告正确反映该研发项目的所有细节。该项目现已完成，本人／我们接纳该报告。I/We enclose the Final Project Report completed by the designated local public research institution undertaking the project.  I/We agree that the report has accurately reflected all details of the R&D project. The project has been duly completed and I/we have accepted the Report.

声明Declaration

1. 本人／我们声明所提供与本申请有关的数据全部属实及正确无误，并附上本人／我们企业的有效香港公司注册证明书副本/香港商业登记证副本。 I/We declare that the information provided in relation to this application is true and correct and attach a copy of the valid Hong Kong Certificate of Incorporation/Hong Kong Business Registration Certificate of my/ our enterprise .

2. 本人／我们明白，创新科技署保留绝对权利，可随时调整现金回赠金额。 I/We understand that Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) reserves at all times the absolute right to adjust the amount of cash rebate.

3. 本人／我们承诺，倘若因计算或评估出错而导致发放多于本人/我们应获得的回赠金额，本人／我们须于接获通知的30天内，将多付的金额退还给政府。 I/We undertake to refund to the Government any amount overpaid within 30 days of notification if there is overpayment due to error in calculation or assessment. 

4. 本人／我们声明及承诺，申请企业在进行相关研发项目时，必须全面遵守所有适用于香港特别行政区的法例 (包括《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区维护国家安全法》)、规例和附例。

I/ We declare and undertake that the applicant enterprise shall conform in all respects with all legislation (including the Laws of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), regulations and by-laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in carrying out the R&D Project concerned.

注Notes 

1. 申请者在提交申请表格前，必须先细阅投资研发现金回赠计划的申请指南。申请须于有关研发项目完成后两年内提交。

Applicants are required to read carefully the Application Guide for R&D Cash Rebate Scheme before submission of application form.  Applications should be submitted within 2 years after the completion of the relevant R&D projects.  The Application Guide is available at https://www.itf.gov.hk/l-eng/crs.asp .  

2. 申请者可在已支付所承诺赞助额的一半及项目开支超过总预计项目开支一半后，申请中期现金回赠。企业可在项目完成后申请余下回赠。

The applicant can submit application for the interim payment when it has paid 50% of the pledged contribution and the project expenditure has exceeded 50% of the total project estimate. It can submit application for the final payment upon project completion.  

3.    申请获批后，现金回赠将直接存入申请者于乙部提供的企业银行账户。银行向政府表示收到款项的证明，足以代替申请者的收款证明。无论属于任何理由，倘银行未获足够资料确定收款的账户，以致款项在未收到进一步资料之前暂停支付，政府并不负责申请者因银行账户未能如期收到款项所遭受的任何损失或不便。

Upon approval of application, the cash rebate will be credited to the enterprise bank account as set out by the applicant in Section B. The Bank’s acknowledgement to the Government will be sufficient discharge in lieu of acknowledgement by the applicant.  Where, for any reason, insufficient details are furnished to the Bank to determine the account to be credited and the sum is held in suspense pending receipt of further information, the Government will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the applicant as a result of the bank account not being credited at the normal time.

4.    本署会对申请表格内的资料严格保密。然而，为了处理申请或按照法律规定，本署或会将该等资料向有关的指定本地公营科研机构、其它政府部门或于香港的第三者披露。申请者提交申请，即表示已明确同意披露该等资料。

The information provided in this application will be kept in confidence. It may however be disclosed to the concerned designated local public research institution, other Government departments or third parties in Hong Kong, if such disclosure is necessary for the purposes of processing the application or required by law. The submission of the application denotes that the applicant has given explicit consent to such disclosure.
